Frequently asked questions

Are failed requests billed?
No. Only successful requests that return an HTTP 2xx status are billed. Network errors, server errors and parameter errors are never charged.
What happens when my balance runs out?
When your balance can't cover a request, the API returns HTTP 402 — the request isn't executed and nothing is charged. Top up in the admin panel to continue.
Is there a request rate limit?
Yes. To maintain service quality, each API key has a request rate limit. Exceeding it returns HTTP 429 — reduce your request rate and retry.
How do I view my usage records?
Sign in to the admin panel and open the Billing page to see every transaction, including the charge time, endpoint called and amount.
