Rnote API Top-up Stablecoins USDT

Top-ups now support three stablecoins across three chains: USDT, USDC and PYUSD on TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20) and Solana. Here's how to choose, and what to watch for.

Pick the coin, then the network

The top-up page is a two-step choice: crypto or Alipay first, then coin and network.

Network choice comes down to fees and confirmation time:

Network Speed On-chain fee
TRON (TRC20) Fast Low
Solana Fast Very low
Ethereum (ERC20) ~12 confirmations, typically 2–3 minutes Varies with congestion, can be high

For smaller amounts, prefer TRC20 or Solana. When Ethereum is busy the gas can be a noticeable fraction of what you're topping up — and that money goes to validators, not to us.

The step that trips people up: the amount must be exact

After you place the order you get a payment amount with a precise decimal tail (e.g. 100.017300). That tail is what identifies your order. Transfer that exact number — the system matches the on-chain transfer to your order by it.

Watch out when withdrawing from an exchange: many exchanges deduct the withdrawal fee from the amount you typed, so slightly less arrives and nothing matches. The fix is to add the exchange's fee on top, so the amount that lands equals the amount due. The top-up page walks you through this step by step.

If you send on the wrong network

Choosing TRC20 and sending from ERC20 means the funds won't arrive — that's how the chains work, not a restriction on our side. The network on the order, the deposit address, and the network selected in your wallet must all match. Checking the first few characters of the address before sending is much easier than recovering afterwards.

After it lands

Once confirmed on-chain the balance is credited automatically and a top-up record appears. If you sent funds and nothing arrived, check three things: was the amount exact, was the network the same, and has it reached enough confirmations (Ethereum needs about 12)? If all three check out, contact us with the transaction hash.

Alipay works too

If crypto isn't your thing, the same page supports Alipay in CNY. Fees and crediting rules are stated on the page.

Enterprise bills use the same rail

Enterprise accounts can settle postpaid bills with the same multi-chain stablecoins — the bill page generates a payment order using identical logic.
